Scope of Project:

TAC works on the Plumstead train modification unit were completed in 2019, for ATC on behalf of Crossrail. The new maintenance and accommodation buildings were constructed to service the new Crossrail Elizabeth Line. The site is located in south east London on an old waste disposal facility.

The TAC elements incorporated within the external envelope were the installation of both roofs including; Kalzip roofing, gutters, safety systems, flat roofing and composite parapet cladding.

We were also responsible for all vertical glazing, composite cladding, facias, trims and features as well as louvres and wall lights.
