Scope of Project:

TAC Projects were pleased to work with the well-established AHH Architects for the Quantum Group to come together and create this attention-grabbing retirement community in the heart of Poole. Platinum Skies Esprit consists of 55 apartments, an elegant bistro, and an exclusive lounge for its residents. TAC Projects were responsible for the colourful non-combustible Rockpanel A2 external cladding which makes a vibrant impression, utilizing colours inspired by the local sailing heritage. Alongside AHH Architects, TAC Projects were responsible for this community building meeting the amended National Building Regulations regarding buildings over 18 metres, ensuring the safety of the building’s users.
